Make a payment

Please type in the amount you would like to pay in the “Price” area. Next, fill in the remaining information before selecting “add to cart”. View “shopping cart” and proceed with checkout to complete making a payment.

Note: The “Order total” amount above the “add to cart” button does not change from $0.00 even when an amount is entered in the “price” area. This is normal and does not affect the function of the “make a payment” section when adding a payment to the shopping cart.
